Okay, you are an Electron Vocational Guidance Counselor, and there are no categories for that. Try using "Human Factors", "Management", or "Training". We are attempting to use the same categories as those selected by the IEEE-USA/AICN consultant's group, so we can eventually merge our database with theirs for interested members. If you want a new category, rag on them. Sorry for the inconvenience.
